Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Pearl Route Experiences website operated by us.
By booking a tour with Pearl Route Experiences, you agree to pay the fees associated with the chosen package. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to the tour date.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Pearl Route Experiences is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the tour. Participants are advised to obtain their own travel insurance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our office is located (Unit 702, 7/F, Silvercord Tower 2, 30 Canton Road).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
